RUSSIAN GENERAL FANIL SARVAROV KILLED IN CAR BOMB ATTACK
A top Russian military official, Lt. Gen Fanil Sarvarov, has been killed following a car bomb explosion, according to information released by Russia’s Investigative Committee.
