FBI DEPUTY DIRECTOR DAN BONGINO SET TO LEAVE OFFICE IN JANUARY
FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino has announced that he will be leaving the Federal Bureau of Investigation in January, marking the end of his tenure in one of the agencyβs top leadership positions.
Bongino expressed gratitude to U.S. President Donald Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and FBI Director Patel for giving him what he described as a remarkable opportunity to serve the United States.
While an official reason for his departure has not been publicly detailed, internal sources suggest Bongino plans to pursue opportunities outside government service.
His exit will come at a time when the FBI continues to face intense national political pressure and ongoing investigations across the country. More updates are expected from the Bureau in the coming weeks as the transition begins.
