KIEKIE EXPLAINS WHY HER HUSBAND DOESN’T FEATURE IN HER CONTENT
Nigerian actress and content creator, Bukunmi Adeaga Ilori, popularly known as Kiekie, has opened up on why she does not include her husband in her social media content.
Speaking at The Creative Blueprint 2.0, Kiekie said she has intentionally drawn a clear boundary between her personal life and her brand as a comic entertainer.
According to her, her content is strictly built around comedy, noting that her husband, Tunji Ilori, does not fit into that space.“I have created a very thick line between what is personal to me and what belongs to my brand,” she said, emphasizing the importance of structure in content creation.
She added that while her daughter sometimes appears in her content, it is done in moderation and mostly during academic breaks to maintain balance.
Kiekie also cautioned fellow creators against oversharing, warning that constantly stretching viral moments can become excessive and off-putting to audiences. Her comments highlight the growing conversation around privacy, boundaries, and sustainability in the digital content space.
